Joseph Finch was born and raised in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona and is a proud graduate of Blue Ridge High School. Deeply connected to his roots, Joseph enjoys taking full advantage of everything the region has to offer—from its scenic landscapes to its strong sense of community.
Joseph brings substantial trial experience to his legal practice. Over the course of his career, he has secured not guilty verdicts in a wide range of serious criminal cases, including those involving attempted murder and kidnapping. He has also successfully obtained the dismissal of numerous cases, consistently advocating for the rights of his clients with diligence and determination.
In addition to his criminal defense work, Joseph is passionate about family law. He understands the emotional and personal toll that family-related legal matters can take, and he is deeply committed to guiding his clients through these difficult times. Whether it's child custody, divorce, or other family issues, Joseph works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes for those he represents.
As a lifelong resident of the White Mountains, Joseph considers it a privilege to serve the people of this unique and close-knit community. He is dedicated not only to his clients but also to the broader goal of strengthening and improving the place he calls home.
Outside of the courtroom, Joseph leads a busy life as a father to five children. While free time is rare, he enjoys hiking—especially in the Grand Canyon—hunting, snowboarding, and supporting his wife in the operation of her local gymnastics gym. His love for the outdoors and commitment to family reflect the same values he brings to his legal practice: integrity, perseverance, and a deep respect for others.
