Randi Partain is a Family Law Legal Paraprofessional at Genesis Legal Group.

With more than 15 years of experience as a family law paralegal before becoming licensed, Randi brings a deep understanding of the family law process, strong organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to helping clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Randi earned her associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-accredited program and later graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Liberal Studies. She began her legal career at the Attorney General’s Office, working in the Children, Youth and Family Department, where she developed a strong interest in family law and advocacy. When Arizona introduced the Legal Paraprofessional program, Randi pursued licensure immediately and became part of the first group of licensed Legal Paraprofessionals in the state. She has been practicing as a Family Law Legal Paraprofessional since January 2022.

Randi’s passion for family law is deeply personal. Raised by a single mother, she saw firsthand the strength it takes to navigate life’s challenges without the support someone deserves. That experience, combined with her legal background, shaped her desire to help clients feel supported, informed, and empowered during difficult family transitions.

Clients appreciate Randi’s availability, responsiveness, and ability to explain the legal process in a way that feels clear and manageable. She understands that most people entering a family law case are overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of what comes next. Her goal is to walk beside her clients every step of the way, helping them understand their options, stay confident in the process, and ultimately reach the other side stronger than when they began.

As a Legal Paraprofessional, Randi is able to provide legal services at a lower cost than a traditional attorney while still offering knowledgeable, dedicated representation. Her years of experience as a paralegal gave her extensive hands-on experience with client communication, drafting, pleadings, decrees, and case management, all of which now help her serve clients directly.

Outside of work, Randi enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their pets. She loves board games, card games, hiking, reading, spending time in the pool with family, and watching reality TV.
