Ms. Lory earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1990 and studied International and Comparative Law at the Institute of International and Comparative Law, studying law in Moscow, Leningrad, Poland and with the Barristers in England. She holds a B.S. in Political Science, cum laude, from Arizona State University (1986), and also participated in the American University Government Program, working with Senator Rudy Boschwitz, assisting with matters before the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
