What can you do if your lawyer is doing nothing on your case? There are two things you need to do. Step 1: Check with your lawyer. Call the office, email your attorney, and text them if they'll let you do that. Give them a chance to explain what they've been doing. I'll tell you, I personally have had clients email me, they think I've done nothing, and I just spent eight hours on their case, they just don't know yet because I'm sending them something the next day. So check first, and if they're really doing nothing on your case... Fire them! There are a ton of family law attorneys in Arizona. You don't have to have an attorney and pay them to do nothing. Get a better attorney.
