What is the divorce process in Arizona? Well, one party, the petitioner, files the petition. The other party gets served. If they're served in Arizona, they have 20 days to file a response. If they're served outside of Arizona, they have 30 days to file a response. After that, there's only three ways to end your marriage. It's by default, agreement, or trial.
