With a legal career spanning more than two decades, Attorney Hillary Ryan brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and compassion to her practice. Her path to becoming an attorney was shaped by a deep admiration for her father’s legal work and a personal drive to serve others through the legal system. After spending over 23 years as a paralegal in both private practice and government settings, Hillary pursued her law degree to take her advocacy to the next level.

Hillary earned her Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law, where she demonstrated early leadership as Justice of the Goldwater Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, and served as the 15th Circuit ABA Law School Division Lieutenant Governor. Her commitment to service and excellence continues to guide her legal career.

Throughout her professional journey, Hillary has held key roles across a range of legal environments. Her background includes extensive work in private law firms, with a strong focus on family law, as well as significant public service positions. She served at the Office of the Arizona Attorney General as both a senior legal assistant and an Assistant Attorney General, and later as an attorney advisor with the Social Security Administration. These experiences have given her a broad and balanced perspective on the law, equipping her to handle complex legal matters with insight and integrity.

Hillary is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her clients. She values clear communication, compassion, and strong advocacy. Whether working on sensitive family matters or navigating government processes, she strives to ensure her clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Beyond the practice of law, Hillary is a creative and active individual. She is deeply involved in the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), a historical reenactment organization, where she has participated in everything from armored combat to arts and event planning—earning its highest award for service. She also has a rich background in music and performance, including a memorable opportunity to sing at St. Peter’s Basilica at the Vatican, where actor Alan Alda personally thanked her chorus for their beautiful performance.
