Senior Attorney
Kimberly A. Cochrane earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, at Oakland University, majoring in Sociology. While studying at Oakland University, the faculty of the Sociology & Anthropology Department awarded Kimberly the Donald I. Warren Memorial Award for outstanding academic achievement. Kimberly earned her Juris Doctor degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, concentrating in litigation. While studying at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Kimberly received Certificates of Merit for the highest grade in her Legal Research & Writing course and her Advanced Legal Research & Writing course.
Before obtaining her Juris Doctor degree in 2009, Kimberly worked for several years as an ABA Certified Paralegal. Kimberly is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Kimberly is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the Macomb County Bar Association.

At Genesis Legal Group of Michigan, Kimberly is a Senior Attorney handling family, probate and estate planning, and general civil cases. When away from the office and court, Kimberly sits on the Board for her condominium association and enjoys traveling, golf, jewelry-making, and playing cards.
